How do I book?
How long will it take to clean my house?
This will depend on the condition and size of your home and your expectations. If you just need the basics, we can do that, but if you want ultimate cleanliness then let’s make your home shine brighter than a disco ball at a cleaning party!
We work with you to create a personalised cleaning plan and the time frame will depend on your requirements. We like to be thorough while also working within a reasonable time frame.
Typically, we spend 1 hour per 1 bedroom apartment/home. Ex. a house with 3 bedrooms will take approximately 2-3 hours to be cleaned from top to bottom.
Do I have to book a regular service?
No, you don’t need to book a regular service. While we love working with you regularly we are more than happy to come once, or occasionally as you need it. A single phone call has the power to summon a team of cleaning heroes who will swoop in to save the day!
Will you clean my house the way the real estate want?
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We know you respect our time, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances dictate that a cancellation is needed.
Once a service has been arranged and booked in, cancellation will require a MINIMUM of 1 full business days’ notice. If a cancellation is received with less notice, the full fee will remain payable.
Re-scheduling of a booked service will be accommodated where possible but will also require a full business days’ notice. If a client requests a re-schedule with less than the minimum notice, Purity Cleaning! reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee.
A friendly reminder will be arriving 24 hours before your scheduled service, ensuring you’re fully in the know about our cleaning rendezvous (ie, the time of your booking).
What happens if I'm not happy with the service?
We’re human, sometimes something goes wrong – we’re here to resolve any issues. Just let us know within 24 hours so that we can come back and change that!
